All Orders are send by DPD or Postal Servicesand delivered in Europe (CE) in +/- 3 Days from the day your order is processed.
For Belgium, the delivery takes aprox. 2 days from the day your ordes is processed.

The risks are under the responsibility of the purchaser as from the departure of the products from Sedansa premises .In case of damages during transport or of lack of items, it is up to the purchaser to notify the necessary reserves and reports and at least to confirm them by a registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery from the shipper within three days following the reception of the goods.
In the case of a sale out of the European Market Sedansa cannot not be held responsible for a blocking of the parcel by the customs in the country of destination.
No compensation could be required neither from the shipper nor from Sedansa in the event of seizure or of blocking of the goods.
However we will assist you into providing you a maximum elements to try to regularize the situation.
In case of non reception of the parcel for reasons related to the receiver :delivery addresses incomplete, in case the receiver does not collect the Parcel at the Post office or with the shipper within the period notified on the first tentative of distribution (usually 10 days deadline ) or in case of missing information on the letter-box…), the parcel will be reforwarded by our services only after the payment of the new transport costs (tariff identical to the first sending) and naturally upon the return of the parcel.
The delivery periods after treatment of the order (48 hours or other) are given only as an indication by the Post office or the shipper .Consequently, in case of non-observance of these times, the purchaser will not entitled to claim the payment of damages to the seller nor to cancel the orders in progress.
